They are not accepting my press pass:

If your press pass is not being accepted at an event, this is a potential violation of your First Amendment Rights.

You have two options:

  1. Media Support Email - you can contact our support email.

We generally respond within 24 hours.

  2. Hotline Page - Our hotline also triggers emails to the USSF Inspector General Hotline Email. This will trigger a series of actions and investigations, so please do not abuse it, but please use it if you feel your First Amendment Rights have been violated. This is a serious offense.

You will also have the option of calling a number, if your issue is urgent.

My Press Pass is broken/lost:

Replacement Press Passes are available, and are $50.

Please email us and let us know, and we will send you a payment link.

In order to prevent abuse, we are only able to provide one replacement per year.
